I have to correct my review. The problem with receiving SMS authentication was not on Viseca side but my mobile operator had a network outage. For this reason I could not get SMS and pay for the online purchase. No issues so far with Viseca Card!

I used to consider the annual price reasonable, given the quick client support and the good insurance package: I stand to the first, have to complain about the latter. First time I have a very small claim for an illness hotel cancellation I discover that the refund will take 4 to 6 weeks, and you have to send all the documents per post: that is really a terrible service, both for the timing, and for not being able to use the email. Looking forward to the copy/paste “thank you for your feedback…bla bla bla” comment and to a few more weeks of waiting time Disheartened regards

Actual uselessness, I've been with them for too long and have nothing but a horrible experience. I would advise anyone to change if they are actually with them, and if you are thinking about using them. Don't.

Customer service is rubbish. Staff is rude and without listening the whole problem started shouting and hangup the call. For every issue they have only 1 answer and that is to contact your bank.

Rude credit card company. They repeatedly try to mislead you in saying you aren’t covered by insurance even if the policy is clear. Agents are unfriendly, rude and not customer oriented. Hopefully they cease trading soon.

After I was signed up for this service by my bank, without any mention of additional fees for paper bills every month, I was basically throwing 2.- francs a month in to the paper bin. The only reason I got to know that I am throwing money away was that I became irritated by unrequested paper bills and wanted to cancel them. All fees should be definately stated somewhere in an explicit manner.
