Very tasty lovely presented dishes - the mix of tastes interesting - but at the same time very flat throughout the entire Menue! Dessert to expect to be the explosion - was rather disappointing, and the constant frozen parts during the entire the experience was rather Boring, than what a Michelin Restaurant deserves. Price - performance doesn’t deserve a Michelin. Experienced much better restaurants having a star, more or none, compared to what I experienced. Wouldn’t give another chance!

When taking it easy, nothing special, expect a bill above 850chf for the smallest menu. The experience is interesting, but because it is too much of the same also a bit boring.
Not sure if it is still worthy of its 1 Michelin Star. Most of the food had no spectacular flavour to them. Not sure if playing with foam can be deem revolutionary in year 2019 or frying cheese with batter is suppose to mean something. The Sommelier was exceptional though, knew his wines very well.
Good experience. Nevertheless, the quantity were really little. When you pay CHF 290 per person and your flute of champagne, which is not included in that price, comes half empty, it is a bit disappointing.
Probably the best restaurant in Vevey. Relaxed, friendly and efficient service. Food is innovative and fun. Only downside for me is the relatively dark, cellar like dining room. Prices are on the high side.
My best culinary experience ever! I have visited this place in 2011. Just a single item on the menu, but of 20 courses :-) Really great show & taste.
Definitely, something to experience at least once in the life! Denis' vision is really interesting and I appreciated all of the entrées of the menu. Some entrée where really fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the langustine. The show was also interesting, there's something to learn for everyday life, and other things that will make you appreciate more Denis' menu.
