Alle Schüler/innen in der Region Uster sollen ab der 1.Primarklasse die Möglichkeit erhalten, unabhängig vom Budget der Eltern Nachhilfeunterricht zu nehmen. Zu diesem Zweck sollen Jugendliche und Erwachsene in Ausbildung die Möglichkeit erhalten Nachhilfeunterricht anzubieten. Mit dem Nachhilfeangebot stay smart verfolgen wir diese Projektidee. All pupils should be given the opportunity to take tutoring lessons from the 1st degree independent of the parents'​ budget. To this end, young people and adults in education should be given the opportunity to offer tutoring lessons for free. With the webpage stay smart, we are pursuing this project idea.
