Such impolite staffs and owner lady, not professional at all. Restaurant food just so so. Would never go to this restaurant/hotel again. The whole town and its people also seem they are not happy to have tourists. Better go to Crans-Montana or Leysin which are more international and more friendly.

Fantastic ambience and amenities, beautiful rooms. You can tell it's newly opened since there are some things that need to be addressed service-wise, but I'm sure they will be sorted out in no time. Very friendly service.
Very nice hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even though we brought our own bottle of wine, that we drank in the salon, they brought us snacks and glasses for free. The rooms are very modern and clean. We enjoyed using the hot tub and sauna after skiing the entire day. The included breakfast buffet is very fresh and there was plenty of everything. The only downside for me was the temperature in the room. It was very warm, to warm for my taste. It was not possible to change the heat on the radiator. Our friends in the room next to ours could though. Sine I have a swiss mobile phone carrier it did not bother me, but I had no wifi in the room. Only downstairs. I definitely gonna come again, but I will ask for room not number 8 next time :)

Accueil chaleureux, petit déjeuner et repas excellents, très bon service, vue imprenable sur les montagnes, hotel bien centré, près des remontées mécaniques
Charmant hôtel restaurant, calme, avec un spa superbe et ressourçant. Le raccard duplex est un petit nid douillet très joliment décoré. Les plats servis au restaurant sont délicieux. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Bref, un sans faute !

Très belle et bonne expérience culinaire, avec des saveurs nouvelles et parfaitement compatibles entre elles. Le personnel a l’écoute, suggère au besoin le choix des mets. Ces derniers parviennent sur les tables en un temps record au vu de leur complexité. Bravo ...a refaire
