I give my 5* to Enrico for a reason completely unrelated to bicycles! I go by his shop 2, maybe 3 times a week with a street art tour. One of my favourite Zurich artists, Tika, painted a tryptich on the 3 shades he has to his store. She used to be a client of his. And when I come by with my group and he’s not too busy, he usually pulls down the shades so we can take photos. All I can say is Enrico is one of the nicest guys on my tour. And if he treats his customers as well as he treats me and my tours….Thanks, Enrico.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The most honest prices I've seen in a long time in Zürich. I brought my bike for repair just before closing time on Saturday and the bike was ready already on Tuesday when the shop reopened. Top service.

Very helpful, with very reasonable price. Do not judge him by first impression. He's a very nice man. Beside the repair, you can always get useful advice from an honest person.

Unfriendly and no receipt, but quick and cheap. I would have liked the mechanic to have a general look at the bike but he was quite unfriendly when he said that he didn't have time. In general I don't agree with the other reviews that say the atmosphere is good, the mechanic doesn't seem to know the existence of the words \sorry\ and \please\.
