Stayed in Raterschen for 1,5 months while moving to Winterthur and getting a final apartment. The service and the rooms were top notch. Every need/wish of mine was fulfilled, can't recommend this company enough.

Stayed at Im Sihlhof 2, near Adliswil, for 7 months from its opening in late 2019. It can be difficult to get quality furnished accommodation in Zurich for flexible length stays at a reasonable price, and Varias Apartments at Im Sihlhof 2 offer just that. The location is great, with Sood Oberleimbach train station 2 minutes walk away (15 minutes to Zurich HB/Main Station), and the river and its walkways running behind. The staff were always friendly and helpful and if I find myself in need of similar accommodation in the future, this will be the first place that I look.

Well organized and helpful staff. I even got a pick-up from the train station despite of arriving much later in the night than originally planned. Nice and clean apartment. I can highly recommend VARIAS Apartments.
I was in need of a cost effective accommodation whilst working on a temporary basis in Zürich. Being on a short term renting was a no go, so went for bus apartments, which easily are on a high price tag in town. Therefore I broadened my search to Winterthur, aware of the excellent connections (you are in town with S-Bahn quicker than with trams from ZH outskirts, with high frequency) and met Varias offer. I cannot rank Varias other than 5 stars: more affordable rates for high quality, complete solutions, serviced by amenable persons (not just employees) genuinely interested in matching client needs at a fair price. I easily got support in English, not always the case outside Zuri. Apparently a bit out of reach, my location had connections to Zuri which proved extremely effective and comfortable, as comfortable and pleasant was my stay. Varias offered continuous support not only upon request. Winti is a \well sized\ historical town and connection hub, offering a nice compromise between access to services, ease of move, quality environment and laid back evenings in the pretty historical center. In a sense, a more veracious Swiss stay.
Top Organisation, Top Personal und innovative Wohnlösungen zu einem unschlagbaren Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Bereits ab dem ersten Tag fühle ich mich sehr wohl und bin nach wie vor begeistert! Absolut empfehlenswert sowohl für Kurz- als auch Langaufhalte. Varias Apartments sind dss beste was mir in meiner Situation passieren konnte. Weiter so!
