Super nice and fairly fancy with its own spa. It's a good deal for the money and sort of run of the mill Swiss spa-hotel. A good base to explore Vals and hit the super cool fancy spa right across the street

Really nice. Very friendly staff. The menu was served a bit too fast, but was delicious. So just ask to serve courses with breaks in between and everything is perfect :)

Very nice and big place. The room was nice and clean. Except the spider in the roof. But it was dead. The food was good, the pool was great.
Me & my partner stayed 2 nights in this family-owned hotel and we had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect but it's their attention to the details which makes this hotel stand out like the home-made chocolate and champagne on our arrival day, the flexible checkout time, the late-open breakfast buffet is excellent, the opening hours of the sauna and pool, the excellent service and and the beautifully decorated bar make this a great option to stay in Vals. I would gladly come again. Thank you! :)
We spent three fantastic days at Rovanada in Vals. The Hotel has everything one desires to feel comfortable and happy. The staff is particularly friendly and helpful. A special highlight is the massage by Enza, an exceptional physiotherapist that does perfectly know how to treat the body of people. Very recommended to get a massage. In addition, the spa situation is awesome. We will certainly go back!
Lovely Hotel in Vals. The Spa area is not too big but features everything that you need. The Hotel offers bathrobes, sauna towels and regular towels. The hotel also has an indoor and outdoor pool and offers massages (which I did not try). The room we were staying in on the third floor was lovely and exactly as pictured on the booking website. I especially liked that the rooms use a lot of wood and have a fantastic view of the Grison mountains. We ate in the Italian restaurant in the Hotel. The pizza was from a stone oven and really good. Extra point for the chili oil that had a lot of chili slices in it. If you can, get meringues for dessert because those are amazing (second best I ever had, even bought some to take home). The bar features a lot of different Gins and a barkeeper who has a love for gin as well. The cocktails were good and are worth a try. Breakfast was very good. The bread is also made in the stone oven and fantastic. There is a very good cheese selection and you can make your own scrambled eggs. In short: if we ever go back for a night in Vals, we'll definately go back to this Hotel.
Very relaxing, great staff. Absolutely love the bar and lounge. Great little wellness area.
