I booked an outdoor escape room for my family (adventure with Elves). Despite booking in English, the documentation sent was in German. A phone call with a freindly lady solved this and technically everything was ok. However, the quality of the riddles was not great and felt like it was badly translated to english. Especially the audio in the video clips were unprofessional. Another downside is that the event code provided works only for one device. So we had 4 kids fighting about my phone... Overall questionable price/value.

Don't go. Bad. Really bad. Things don't work. They participate as a championship room and have faulty mechanisms and don't explain the goals and rules well. As children or a family maybe it's fun, no idea. But as adults please look for something else.
This was a lot of fun and a really good experience! We were 2 people and we did the escape room at the Novotel hotel. As we arrived there was already someone waiting for us who brought us to another room and explained the rules. After that we were locked in the Room. We had 1 hour and these were really intense 60 minutes as the riddles and clues required quite some thinking. When we got stuck we could ask for a hint which worked pretty well. In the end we almost managed to escape :) A definitely fun and worth experience!
We did the \Motel room\ in the Novotel, the instructor was very nice and the room was very fun!
Escape the Jungle - sehr cool!
War haben heute den Familienescape Raum Tierschmuggler besucht, war super!!! Knifflig, viele spannende Rätsel. Die Kinder 6, 7, 8, 10 waren fasziniert. Wir habens geschafft, 57 min!! Die Freude war riesig!!
Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Urban Mission Agentenjagd . Leider sehr basic und boring. Man braucht noch Papier dazu und die Rätsel sind eher langweilig. Story überhaupt nicht packend. Wenn man es mit der Konkurrenz „Sato-Code“ vergleicht ist UrbanMission klarer Verlierer. Das Mobile Phone ist zudem nicht wirklich ein Teil der Mission sondern nur zum eingeben der Lösungen und lesen der Aufgaben bestimmt.
Wir haben Tierschmuggler gemacht und waren begeistert. Das Spiel ist abwechslungsreich, spannend und mit vielen Rätseln vollgepackt. Nicht einfach, aber absolut machbar in einer Stunde. Top, ich kann es nur empfehlen!
