Our son was injured while skiing and we were unable to be there while he spent the night and was treated. Everyone he had contact with was superb and he was well cared for. The doctors and nurses communicate well with us over the phone and called back in a timely manner when we had questions. Everyone's English was great.

Clean, staff is quite friendly and the hole hospital is quite accessible. There's a small bar and a restaurant on the bottom floor.

I arrived in Interlaken for a holiday in September and broke my foot the first day. Came to the hospital, had an operation and spent a week there before going home again. This was a very pleasant stay and everybody was very professional. I was taken care of by the fantastic staff and will soon be able to walk again. I wan’t to thank everybody that helped me for being so nice and caring and doing such a great job.

I'm from the US and fell ill while visiting the area in June and had to be transported by ambulance to the hospital here. I can't say enough good things about the place as the staff was absolutely wonderful and the place very clean. The medical care was also top-notch. I don't speak German and the staff went out of their way to communicate with me. The food looked very good (but I was too ill to eat). A positive experience in the midst of a negative one.

Reccomend! I broke my shin and fibula, had to be operated. The personnel were very kind and helpful the whole time, they did a wonderful job of my leg. Impressively patient and polite nurses. Very happy to have been hospitalized here and not elsewhere!

No wait. Took my wife right in. We had to sit in the room for a while before she got x-rayed but that's the nature of ers. Staff was very nice, told me what I needed to get reimbursed from my insurance. Fantastic view as well. Medic in Paradise.
