Small but nice botanical garden with some interesting unusual plants.

A little gem tugged in the heart of the city. It is small yet beautiful and serene. Lovely place to sit in and admire the beautiful surroundings. Cannot comment on the educational aspect, but I am sure it is a delight even for students of Botany.

It is a small but in the same time a nice garden where you can see spieces of different plants from around the world. We were also lucky to see a small and pretty bird.

Great botanical garden, even outside of the main season there is plenty to discover. Recommended, also just as a calm place to enjoy your take away lunch.

The botanical garden is not very big, but it is free. There are a lot of plants, but the tropical wing is currently being repaired. We visited it at noon and it was full of people who came to eat their lunch in the sun.

One of my favourite spots in Basel. Beautiful any time of the year. I love the greenhouse: beautiful birds flying inside, "beware of crocodiles" sign, wifi and orchids inside. Ideal for relaxation and walk. A little bit too moist and hot in summer
