Staff are friendly and very helpful. Not a huge stock compared to bigger shops but it's all quality brands and equipment.

Great, quick and efficient. And best skiing equipment rental rates. Recommend it

Was responded rudely by an indifferent staff , too busy chatting than caring for customer service. Just left without bothering them more

My wife went there to buy me a birthday present. She described what I do (trail running) and they sold her hiking poles that they claimed were good for trail running. This was a shameless lie to sell what they had in stock... And of course my wife didn't know. When I asked for a refund (less than a week after the purchase with the ticket and the poles still wrapped with the tag) they refused (even after escalation to the boss). They did order trail running poles though, but after that service I would rather have gone elsewhere. This is a place where you had better do your research before going to buy anything... But then if you've done your research, might as well buy cheaper online. God forbid you ask for service (like tuning) on anything bought outside the store. They don't like that and will let you know. They will do it though, but I think the prices are unreasonable (50 CHF to attach XC ski bindings?). The fact that the attitude is so bad also makes me skeptical that the quality of the tuning will be good. Finally, a friend of mine also had a bad experience there with rentals. He hit a rock with a ski on a slope and they made him pay full retail price for the skis. You'd think they have insurance for this kind of stuff, or give you a special rate. This place is centrally located so they will never have a problem to get clients or stay afloat. But if you can avoid it... Do!

Overpriced, dishonest discounts (advertise discounted prices for goods they don't carry). Has some quality equipment, but mixes junk in between so buyer beware.
