Televerbier are a cartel. They control everything, and everything is to their advantage. They charge a huge amount for middle level installations, the ski area is great, but this is nature, not televerbier. Their customer service is very slow and opaque. When you do have a reason to complain, they just shrug their shoulders. This year we were forced into retrospective quarantine after arriving. This is a federal decision, but we lost 70% of our ski pass time, televerbier only refunded 40% because the charge is regressive. This is not clear when booking, not clear at all. And also, abusive. I am sure if we had to quarantine for the first days they still would have applied this rule. It also took them 3.5 weeks to reimburse us after submitting the claim. I love the mountains, but I wish televerbier could be challenged and awarded to a more dynamic organisation, with a less backward committee and structure. A family pass, for 4 for 2 days is Chf550 this is crazy.

Definitely a great ski area, but the ski-lifts are way too old. The decision-makers of Verbier should have a look to destinations like Ischgl, where the standard of the lifts and the cable-cars are state of the art. I'll come back to Verbier, because the village and the landscape are beautiful, but the condition of the transport-systems needs an update! (They have T-bar-lifts, still!! That's a no-go for a good ski-resort)
