I went a few days ago and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Large, spacious, and tasty! I didn’t know they made such a large variety of products! Sadly, some are not available in major retail shops such as Coop and Migros. It was a great place to get Christmas gifts, and they even have a small room with a video on the company’s history (in German, but perhaps available in other languages upon request?), and a café to enjoy a beverage and some biscuits at the end. Will definitely go again.

I dont like the cookies... they are to dry for my taste. But that is my opinion. Everything is clean and everything is in a good order

Very nice place to visit. And buy cookies at lower place. The famous ones! You have interactive stations and it is very child friendly. A very nice place to have breakfast or lunch. Or just to visit

I travelled by train from Bern and I took me about three-quarters of an hour to get here (add a 5 minute walk from the station). The landscape on the way to Kambly is beautiful so you won't even notice. There are informative videos about the brand, a café and of course a shop. If you arrive here hungry you will probably won't resist the temptation of trying all the awesome Kambly products (sweet and salty) you get to try for free! There are also some nice cookie tin boxes which can make some nice souvenirs. Very nice place.

If you like Kambly products, then this is the place to buy them. Besides regular packages you also can get big bags of their products, coming directly from the factory and only for a fraction of the price what you would pay in a supermarket. It's located at the Kambly factory, right by the main road, big parking lot. Also easy to get to by train. Public restrooms are inside as well. They really got the whole selection of their cookies and other baked goods. You were also able to taste all of them....but understandably during Corona you are not able to do so anymore. Let's hope for the good old days to come back one day when this crisis is over. But if you are familiar with their products, then there's not reason to sample. We bought two big shopping bags full of their stuff. Here are our favourites: Sweet choices: - Bretzeli: The classic. Thin, crispy and buttery - Butterfly: so thin it really could fly away by the first sign of wind...and what a buttery flavour! - Caprice: a very nice and crumbly with a heavy (but good) almond flavour - Mandelcaramel: perfect mix between sugar, honey, almond and chocolate Salty choices: - Les Ficelles au Fromage et aux Légumes: crispy snack with veggie and cheese flavour, goes good with a glass of beer - Les Ficelles au Romarin et au Fromage: the same, but with rosemary and cheese - Les Ficelles aux Tomates et Fines Herbes: more of the same, but with herbs and tomatoes Lots of good stuff here. Surely worth an even longer drive. We will be back.

Nice place to make a stop if you pass by. People came out with bags of cookies. We were laughing, but ended up buying some too

Kambly is a famous, family-run cookie factory in the pictoresque Emmental. Their modern, spacious store offers shelves full of cookies (sold at outlet prices) and free, all-you-can-eat sampling. An animated showcase (shown in German, English, French or Italian) explains the history of the Kambly cookies. You can book a guided workshop, where you learn how to make your own cookies. There is a restaurant and cafe. The staff is very friendly. A good place for a family trip.
