Two bad experiences: 1. First time he gave me a lower price on phone for car tyre change than what he finally charged me. Final cost 115chf. I told him all needed details to price correctly. 2. Second and my last time going to this place he charged me 160chf for the tyre change. I asked him if he changed the prices and said no with his usual arrogance. He clearly doesn’t care and is used to deal this way. A customer behind me didn’t get his car ready because some part was missing. The guy didn’t even have the courtesy to warn him upfront but gave his usual reply that he couldn’t fix it. Pneu claude charged 90chf for the same product and they don’t lie to you when ask for price. Am willing to pay premium but not to people like this.
