This was a very nice experience. From the reservation until the last minute. Super friendly staff and the owners are very nice and attentive. The place itself is amazing, right next to the Castle of Thun the hotel is modern yet has that lovely cozy feeling. The “panorama room” is simply amazing, a place that I would love to stay again. The sauna and spa is not huge but very modern and well kept, clean and well take care of. The restaurant is superb and delicious food, the staff there is also very friendly and helpful. Overall an amazing experience for sure !

Spot on! Don't know how many official stars this hotel has, but this is definitely more than the 3 star which google has assigned to it. The rooms are nicely renovated (although beds could be improved), it's quite, it's got a nice castle vibe, you get a private 50 minute time in a great spa (i hope this continues even after the pandemic), the restaurant is excellent (both food and service). What more do you want for the very reasonable price they charge?
I loved the location of the restaurant, namely in a castle with a beautiful terrace. Nice staff speaking a little French. Good and very correct restaurant.
Stayed in the tower room and it was great. Amazing to have such a nice hotel so close to the spectacular keep.
Spectacular, fantastic, amazing ...! The accommodation at Hotel Schlossberg Thun is indescribable. The structure of the castle in which the Hotel was built is incredibly conserved, the location and view are cinematic and the care of all, especially the direction, is second to none! Thank you so much for this amazing experience!
Overall a great experience. Fantastic place, modern, and clean. Staff are polite, helpful, and genuine. I definitely would go back again in a heartbeat. The breakfast is wonderful, you have cold cut meat, cheese or other delicious foods. Basket of fruits next to the elevator is there for everyone. Just loved my stay there...
We stayed one night with breakfast, but without dinner. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and nice and the location itself was extraordinary. Can only recommend!
From the Schloss Hotel Thun you’ll have an amazing view over the city. I can recommend to go to the museum in the castle as well as having a rest in the nearby restaurant!
