When you pass trough the clock tower gate, on the west side towards the remarkable pedestrian mall of the old town of Stein am Rhein, directly to the old town, it feels as if you enter into "Alice in Wonderland"! The pedestrian mall that is revealed, is full of decorative buildings, one more beautiful than the other. Picturesque cafes are scattered along it and spectacular beauty is seen from every corner!!
