Question of taste of course, personally I like the bold design of Tag Heuer and the high quality craftsmanship of their watches. The boutique has essentially all current models and can order anything from the catalogue. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Great place to get top-of-the-line watch.

Please don’t buy a Tag Heuer watch! Learn from my nightmare I am having with this company, I want to avoid other people to spend lots of money for nothing… I have paid almost 3000 Euros for a beautiful watch (see attached picture) that has to be sent continuously for repair (so far more than 15 times already…). Apparently, it gets “magnetized” (and believe me, I am not putting my mobile phone on it), then it doesn’t work well anymore and the Customer Service keeps telling me it is a very rare case (well, seems I have won the jackpot then). But the worst is the Customer Service is not willing to give me any solution. After many interactions with them they just keep saying “send it to us whenever it is not working” – so basically they tell me “we don’t care about you and your problem with our watch”, which is a shame for a company that sells such expensive items. Bottom line: Horrible and non-effective Customer Service, once you buy an expensive watch from Tag Heuer they leave you alone with your problem if it doesn’t work as it should –buy a watch from another manufacturer and you will avoid lots of headaches and pains. Bought a tag connected, smartwatcht of tag, it came out of the box with a line at the LCD ( like dead pixel or weak pixels) ,arrived at israel where I live and the importer wants to fix!!! Shame on you tag, I payed 1500chf for a new watch and not for a repaired watch! First and last tag that I buy!
