Service is friendly but very expensive. Paid 340 CHF to change from a rizoma guidon to the original. 30 minutes to install a brake?! 2 hours in total?!? 50 chf for two pieces that online (original) cost 20. I call this a rip off. Response: It is not a pleasure for me to write a negative review. I just considered the price way over the top. And 2 hours to change a handlebar is not reasonable. As you know I was just missing a part on the mirrors and that problem was solved in 5 minutes. That was not the issue. Also, I showed my surprise on the price once you showed me the bill where you replied: \It was even more than 2 hours but I am counting only 2 hours\. What should I say after that? I am very sorry but I had to write this.
