Staff are very helpful and attentive. The place isn't too full so service is fast. The keep your details in a system so if you go again, you can get the same equipment even more easily! Good prices. Staff speak prefect English and can translate height/weight from imperial no problem.

Not recommended for beginners - they forgot to give me a helmet, hard to access without a car or bike since you have to walk with the equipment to the bus (which for me was a mess). Also later on I was taught by another company how to hold the equipment together without having it falling apart. I wouldn’t rent the equipment there again, although I feel like this was an experience different from what they normally do...

Good and professional service, equipment in very good condition. They have everything you might need. My friend got to borrow gloves and goggles for no extra charge, and was not charged when he lost his goggles either.
