Very nice tea and the Pizza in the restaurant was also good
New, modern, clean, spacious, and comfy rooms. Great breakfast. Access by car is rather tricky though for the hotel is an inner part of shopping mall and the garage entrance is on the opposite side of the building than the main entrance.
Helpful friendly staff one complaint could have had more in the way of Kitchen utensils ,but on the plus side near to local transport . How would I make this place better perhaps a sofa in the room and a more structured Wardrobe but I will be staying in this hotel again ,oh and the beds are super comfortable .Ruth Horn U K

I wanted to stay 2 nights but left after the 1st night. Local is a sort of so called green label hotel where the mineral water (3 dl) cost 5.60 CHF. In the hotel’s first and second floor stay longterms. The city of suhr pay them the accomodation at the local. They are noisy, smell strong and behave bad. Most rooms of the hotel are with street view. From 6 in the morning until 1 in the morning it is veryy noisy. You will need strong ear drops. The swiss television reported about this hotel because they do not even pay social security taxes for the employees. The people from the first and second floor have dogs. the problem is they do not brush them. That might be a cause for bedbugs. See attachment.
