I had a serious issue with derailer hanger as it was broken and nowhere to find. These guys spent a day phoning around and searching for it. Only after a day part arrived and bike was like a new! This what I call professional and friendly service. Thanks Tobi!

I rented ski equipment from this store the week before last. the equipment was great - and i was able to try a different pair of skis by swapping for free at their on-mountain location. i had a bad fall at the end of the day and limped my way back to the store. they not only helped me as much as they could in the store, but they went to get my rental car from the mountain parking lot and brought it to me so i wouldn't have to limp any extra distance. that's good service!

Rented a Snowboard - went up to the Titlis and found out that the binding was loose. I hat to run for a scre driver. After about 3 runs everything was loose again. Furthermore one strap didn’t tighten anymore as it was damaged. Back at the store in the afternoon I‘ve told them... they just took it back with a smile. Bad snowboard material - probably they‘re better with skis. BTW - I‘m snowboard Instructor
