Very friendly shop got my bike and some gear from there
I bought new Yamaha part from them and it was not working properly. When I informed them, a year ago, they said that this part was badly designed from Yamaha and that the manufacturer was aware of the issue. Instead of replacing it (the product was on warranty) they told me that they would contact Yamaha first and come back to me, which never happened, and when I called them they avoided my calls and they are in fact not enforcing the Yamaha warranty.
Wonderful Store with outstanding service and welcomeness. Normally at my age(21) I usually get ignored when walking into a bike or car store. Not here! I walked in and immediately was approached by an employee who asked me if I desired a coffee. Two minutes later another employee approached me and asked if I wanted to testride one of their bikes. Not having brought my riding gear I declined, but then they insisted and provided their own riding gear from head to toe! that's what I call service.They then provided me with the testbike and told me a stellar test route to test ride the bike. They have everything you could ever want regarding bikes definitely worth a trip.
