A “different” option in Sankt Moritz all you can eat formula where you can pick from the bouffet a selection of several meats(also guanaco, crocodile,...) and fishes, vegetables and so on. Your selection is then cooked by the chef, live, and seasoned with the sauce of your choice (8-10 possible sauces). You’ll be also able to pick a starter dish. All for 58 fr. the restaurant is small but never super busy. Friendly staff. Sometime a bit slow, but all in all, much recommended!

Not really enjoyable: crocodile, zebra and bison meats in the Swiss mountains? And way too expensive for a dish that was just cooked in a pan in 5 minutes without spices except for your chosen sauce. And I’m not the only one with this opinion as the place was totally empty between 7 and 8.30 pm, except for us two.
Great concept with full range of meats and veggies in the grill but overall ambience leaves a lot to be desired. Service was great though (only 2 tables occupied)

Während dem ganzen Aufenthalt waren wir zuvorkommend betreut und gut bedient. Die vorgelegten Speisen waren vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Die gewählten menuzusammenstellungen wurden durch den Koch bestens umgesetzt und gepflegt an den Tisch serviert.
Einzigartig im Engadin. Grosses Buffet, bei dem jede Frau und jeder Mann auf seine Geschmackskosten kommt. Das Personal ist zudem sehr hilfsbereit und gibt Auskunft bei der Auswahl der richtigen Sauce oder auch zu den einzelnen Produkten. Bei Unsicherheiten einfach fragen! Was man im ersten Moment gar nicht vermutet: Auch die Weinkarte ist echt Spitze. Die Restaurantchefin kann hier auch vorzügliche Tipps geben, die den Abend auch Getränketechnisch abrunden. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!
