Very nice hotel! The strong advantage of this hotel is the staff - everyone is very helpful, they speak many languages and go the extra mile. I can count a lot of situations when the personnel did more than expected/needed. I felt very well taken care of. It is also close to the slopes - 3 min walk.

Hotel itself is fine. Their restaurant service is abysmal! Extreme delay and waiting, errors on every single bills we got. The manager is not on top of her stuff. It's sad to see in a 4 star hotel :(
This hotel is great. Location is very good with a choice of buses to the centre that go every 10mins. Alternatively, you can take one of the most scenic lakeside, or even on lake when frozen, walks into town! Perfect for dog walking! The free access to the spa is very welcome, situated just across the road and great fun for all the family (except the dog)! Breakfast is really good, rooms a are clean and well equipped, the staff are warm, friendly and always on hand to help. We will definitely be back!

Had a fantastic stay at the Hotel San Gian in St. Moritz. The hotel was clean and cozy with spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and always accommodating. An added bonus is that it is steps away from the Signal (gondola) that takes you directly to the Corviglia ski slopes. Would highly recommend the San Gian to anyone, and look forward to booking my next trip!
We had a beautiful family stay with 2 kids. Everything was so well thought. The hospitality of the reception is top notch, made our stay perfect
