I am severely dissatisfied with their service. I ordered gym equipment (weights) from them. I called them before placing an order regarding any specific shipping delays, and they replied that there were no specific shipping delays. The website says up to one week for delivery, so you would expect that within Switzerland you can expect your order in four to five days. After I ordered, it took them 5 days to create a shipping label and the order was actually shipped on the seventh day. They only replied to my email once and ignored the subsequent emails. When I called several times on two different days, my call was not picked up at all. After my order arrived, I was disappointed to see that the weights are of low quality. The pictures on the site look much better than the real item. The item was poorly packaged too. I did not bother to return the item since I do not want to deal with them again. It seems like they have very few employees for the number of orders they get. It is poorly managed.

Never Again - 3 weeks of delay for delivery and now some parts are missing! They don't reply to emails - try somewhere else even if you have to spend a bit more!
its okay... For fast cleaning after lunch its great! But for nightly teeth-brushing its nothing.

I have order headphones which I already paid and I am still waiting after 1 and half months ! No one is answering on emails, no one is picking up phone ! No recommended at all ..
Actually I they dont have this good service I ordered a watch for my gf because of miscommunication problems it took them 15 days to send me the watch well in the end the apologized and send a significant gift wit it but I don't think they will do this every time. But we got the watch. Oh by the way if you are buying a fossil watch plz do look on google how it really looks like. because even the pictures they use are actually from fossil it self I don't think they actually look like how they do on pictures. Well thanks for watch.
This shop sold me used item and for completeley different phone model. Ignoring contact emails. Edit: in the end I have received my money back. Thank you. I change my reviews rating to three because of all this hassle and pain.
