Chief doctor, Florens Nestler, made twice wrong diagnose on me. He is also disgusting, smells like an ashtray. Avoid this place!

Great opening hours but questionable quality. There are multiple doctors working there, most of which only stay for a couple of months and I assume they only work here as an interim solution. The one doctor who is working there permanently is great, but the others I have been treated by were beyond bad. No proper German/English, unfriendly, incompetent and absolutely not knowledgeable about the Swiss medical system at all! The only people I know of who go there are students who want to get a doctor's note so they don't have to take their exams. I recommend you go there only when their opening hours are making the difference and you can't wait or if you only need something trivial such as subscription medicine/sick leaves. Otherwise find some other place. The staff are very friendly and highly competent!

I do not recommend at all. I had a problem with my foot, a painful area under my right foot and the doctor did not even try to inspect it or diagnose me. Simply he said he would send me to the dermatologist. He mentioned cutting it out and then made me wait. I was so shocked that I went to another doctor and found out I had a cyst and needed urgent antibiotics to prevent infection. I am now much better

Beim Terminbuchen wurde mir Bescheid gegeben das ich die Resultate des Covid-Testes innerhalb von sechs Stunden, jedoch mit einem Preisaufschlag bokommen würde. Leider ist das nicht der Fall und ich warte immer noch nach 22 Stunden. Das Allerbeste ist das ich den Abstrich 2x machen musste, weil die Leute etwas verwechselt haben. Meinen nächsten Abstrich mache ich definitiv nicht dort!

Nettes Personal. Viele Flüchtligkeitsfehler und die interne Kommunikation ist mangelhaft. (Überbelastung der MPAS?)Beim Covid Test meiner Großmutter wurde das falsche Geburtsdatum dem Labor weitergeleitet. Personalienblatt wurde korrekt ausgefüllt (durch Patient), jedoch im System nie richtig übernommen. (durch MPA) Schade aber Wahr... Das korrekte Geburtsdatum ist von grosse Bedeutung, da der Test zum Reisen benötigt wird. Von meine Ärztin jedoch Frau Dr.med.Zormpa bin ich mehr als zufrieden. Kompetent immer auf dem neusten Wissenstand und sehr menschlich/empathisch! Heutzutage sehr schwer so eine Gynäkologin zu finden.
