Dear reader, I m speaking from my heart. Hôtel Éden Spiez is a paradise. I took my my mom for a birthday celebration 4 nights and not enough words can explain the experience we had together. The service was perfect - the spa is breathtaking. we had every day the most amazing gastronomic dishes. My mom insisted to comment on her unforgettable massage with Stella which was the best she ever had in her life. Stella is beyond talented - and made a big difference. We will definitely come back - this place is worth every cents spent. Totally recommend it. PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE. It is a life time experience that you won’t forget. Spiez city is heaven on earth.

Every year I spent my Christmas in this hotel and had a wonderful Christmas dinner. Top quality Food, absolutely excellent Service. Relaxed enjoying the massage and Spa. It is lovely. Highly recommended. For sure I will spend again my Christmas in this hotel. Really worth it.
It was a very nice experience. My favorite part was the Sauna zone, they have really cute rooms for few people. The restaurant is super nice as well, althought the vegetarian degustation was not what I expected, specially in relation to the price "not bad, not really good". I recommend the wine soup The bad part is that we reserved and asked whether our reservation had the wellness included and after they confirmed via telephone, this was not the case when we arrived. We booked an "independent room" which is outside the Hotel and that does not include this. In the end we payed more for what we have expected.
We had booked for two nights and ended up canceling our second night. We had a terrible experience! My husband and I were unable to sleep through the night as the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was very thin and deformed so as we moved in the bed we kept falling into a hole in the middle of the bed. We travel frequently and this is by far our worse sleeping experience. But the biggest disappointment was how the staff dealt with the situation. They did not directly offer us another room, just offered their apology. Once we told them we wanted to cancel our second night they started offering to switch us room. However, the shock was that they asked us to pay the difference of rate for this other room!!! Once we refused to add money they suddenly had a room available in the same price range!!! But a quick visit we réalised it was a smokers room - that smelled cigarettes... What a shame ! What a waist of our time dragging us from options to options etc. An embarrassment for them and very far from a 4 stars experience. Their “good news” was that they graciously offered us a free cancelation for the night we cancelled. A joke! The service is fake and the 4 stars are not deserved.

Great experience was 1 night in Eden Spiez!! After long biking day we got a great relief in nice swimming pool and sauna, drunk herb tea to get rest of swimming. The breakfast was also great and all the staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you!
Had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in Eden Spiez this summer. It was important to us that the hotel we booked took good precautions against Covid 19. The hotel area had guidance signs for people to keep distance, the elevators were only allowed for two people from the same guest group at a time, tables in the restaurant were disinfected as soon as guests left, and there were clear signs to keep areas from being crowded. The hotel’s wellness area is great. The weather was not great when we arrived, but we managed to have a good time enjoying the indoor swimming pool, saltroom, shower experience rooms, quiet room, and outdoor bubble pool. When the weather is nice, we could relax in the gardens. We saw some guests enjoying tennis. Walking distance from the hotel is the Spiez Schloss, minigolf area, nice park overlooking the lake and Badi/public pool that looked great with some slides and sand area near the lake. You could also go for a walk along the lake in the Strandweg. We didn’t find many restaurants nearby the hotel, but the hotel restaurant itself was very good. The view from the restaurant and terrace is beautiful. The hotel staff were also helpful. The only minor thing about our stay is that the room we had was the small one (the bed was a queen size). Be sure to check what room size you book in case this is important to you.
Beautiful hotel, fantastic view and very friendly staff. Had a great stay here with my wife. Loved the room, comfortable bed, good shower and nice room. Enjoyed the restaurant with very good service. It’s a pleasure to dine in a restaurant with very competent and friendly waiters. Breakfast was good as well. The spa isn’t to big but really nicely done. Highly recommended place to go.
