Our young family recently moved to Switzerland and were required to join a health insurance provider. We visited Swiss Life Select and spoke with a friendly English speaking insurance salesman. We were sold a highly complex (he struggled to explain the health system and its requirements) insurance that turned out to be more than we could ever need or require. When we eventually realised this (within 3 months) we tried to change the policy from 12,000 CHF per year (plus a 5,000 CHF excess before we received a cent back) to 7,900 CHF per year. The salesman told us we could leave at anytime and when we attempted to action this, he lied to the provider and informed them he never said such a thing. We were now locked in for 5 years at a total cost of 60,000 CHF for a perfectly healthy young family. He also tried to sell us a pyramid (literally) scheme of insurances and pension investments that were solely designed to bleed us of as much money as possible. The pension and investment part of the pyramid was absolutely offensive in its design. Working in Finance I checked the policy and numbers, our return upon retirement would have been below inflation and made the provider just under 200,000 CHF. Our strong recommendation is visit comparis and find your own policy to reflect what you truly need. The brokers and insurance salesman are, unfortunately, the same the world over.

Nous avons eu plusieurs appels sur notre fixe d'un nº de natel dont nous n'avions pas connaissance. Aucun message vocal. J'ai contacté ce nº avec mon natel professionnel en masqué. Personne, aucun message d'accueil professionnel. Il m'a recontacté deux heures apres se présentant Mr Slimani courtier à swisslife select. Il a eu notre fixe d'un client soi disant. J'ai demandé comment il avait vu mon nº. Il m'a répondu qu'il était visible. Quel mensonge! Selon mon fils, il aurait utilisé une application en téléchargement libre pour le voir. Nous n'avons jamais vu ça. Méthode de contact client désagréable pas sérieuse
Bonjour, Contrairement à ces 2 commentaires, je confirme que les entretiens sont sans engagement et que je décide si le job proposé vaut 295.-. (Ce que j'ai fait car pour ma part très satisfait) Ayant sollicité par le passé d'autres cabinets bien plus chers, je trouve ce tarif très raisonnable. Je n'ai pas ressenti un manque de professionnalisme, bien au contraire ! Mon conseil, faites-vous votre propre opinion !
