I love the food so much, it is so authentic. The kimchi fried rice is so good I can smell the wok hay. The Har Kaw skin is evenly cooked and soft. The chili oil is amazing and has the right amount of spiciness. The chefs are from Asia and the manager is so kind. The pork belly skin is crispy but not hard which is perfect. I don't believe I could find this good quality of Asian food in Verbier. Enjoy the food à lot!

Silk have really authentic asian food that can satisfy the true authentic asian foods. They have a really good service and the food comes out faster then you expect. It feels like i’m back in Asia

Absolutely the worst place to eat in Verbier. I would have put -10 stars but this is impossible. Food was not good, especially Mongolian beef: sauce was really bad and I have a horrible after-taste for a while. We have waited for our drinks for 40min!!!!! Cocktails were not good with a minimum amount of alcohol put inside just for a smell probably. And finally food arrived after 1h20min of waiting, and it was cold! We were not in a hurry but come on!!! Waiters and managers were fighting with each other and with kitchen guys. We had a super bad impression of the place. And...at the era of covid all staff was without masks :(

We ordered crispy pork belly and Udon Hong Kong style with pork, it was decent. Portions are big. Service was super fast. Nice alternative to traditional Swiss cuisine

It one of the few restaurants their that you can try it more than one time.

This was pretty terrible. We had tofu pad thai which consisted of bland, watery, over cooked noodles tossed in random, limp, roasted veg and then cold, uncooked tofu chucked on the top that they hadn’t even bothered to mix in. We then had to pay over 20 Euro each for it and ended up with dodgy stomachs. Update: In response to the restaurant’s reply - my partner did not order a GF meal and his pad thai was the same standard. Catering for an intolerance should not mean getting served the slops, nor should it mean compromising taste when it states GF soy sauce is available. Most importantly, it should not mean that I am made to feel guilty for not enjoying my meal because the restaurant went out of its way to serve me a meal without gluten when they advertise themselves as catering for those with intolerances.
