Good for kids
I have been dancing with Shonach for over 10 years now. Not only has she taught me everything I know about movement and my body but she has also always been there to encourage us in life and learning generally. She is one of the most important mentors in my life and she truely cares about her students health and mind.

I have been dancing with Shonach for over 10 years and can say that finding her studio was a lifesaver for me at that time when my back was in such a poor state that I could hardly walk! Since then, I have continued to learn from Shonach how our bodies are "designed" to move, how I can strengthen the muscles to support my back,...and much much more. These learnings, support and joyful, beautiful moments in her studio have become the highlights of my week and I can only warmly recommend Shonach's classes to both children and adults.
Shonach is a world-class ballet teacher and I encourage all adults and children to learn ballet with her. She teaches using Spiraldynamik methodology which works in harmony with the body. I am still dancing on stage in Shonach's ballet shows in my late 40s and have better posture than I did in my 30s. She teaches children vital lessons about posture, walking and standing, which are useful all their lives. She is a kind and patient teacher.
