This clinic looks like a 4 star hotel, you are welcome with coffee and biscuits and the knowledge and innovation of Dott. Pinelli is a very good doctor. Now for minor problems and checks go somewhere also, but for serious ones go to Pinelli, he has a very new approach and it works. I've been treated 4 years ago on both eyes for Keratoconus, it was expensive but eyes where not touched or operated just treated with UV and drops, it worked greatly and I recuperated also some of my vision!Now Dott. Pinelly can be seen like an artist...it depends on his mood how he treats you and the time he spend on you, but I aspect results are always good and that is what it counts the most. I have been always very welcomed by all the staff and doctor.

I tried two centers before The Switzerland Eye Research Institute in Lugano. Paris first and Lyon the second one. At the SERI I found serious approach and high level of professionality with also an artistic athmosphere, so creative. Dr Pinelli told me he had surgery also in his eyes; this sentence was important to trust this institute and this doctor, one of the best in the world , believe me.

Nice location but.... lack of expertise... don't waste your time and energy go to Zurich or Bern or somewhere else. I wasted almost a year!

21 gennaio 2021, in un ambiente apparentemente sterile , ma in realtà ricco e pulsante di sensazioni positive, ho ricevuto attenzione medica ed umana che hanno trasformato quella che, per motivi clinici, avrebbe potuto essere, purtroppo, la solita esperienza ambulatoriale fredda come la visita dal meccanico, in un momento di relazione intensa e rassicurante che solamente la vera professionalità medica puo fornire e spiegare. per questo arricchimento ringrazio di cuore le componenti dello staff : claudia, caterina, miorica e paola. un grazie particolare al catalizzatore di questa alchimia...il dr. roberto pinelli che con rara sensibilità ha saputo creare questa bellissima realtà. mi permetto un consiglio...aggiungete qualche stella in più nella scala del gradimento ...sarà sempre natale !!! ancora grazie e buon lavoro a tutti, roberto slamitz
