This company is so bad services and stealing money, they made me too much problems and every time when i called them said different information.

This Company only exist to take your money. They don't care in resolve the situation only say you need to pay you need to pay. Only waste of time and money. Please erase this tipe of companys that only care about money. Like this company is Serafe another scam to take your money.
I can't even say in what a disgusting manner this whole company operates in and the whole system of trickery that they are using in order to extort money. Just a disgrace.
Scammers! Sending non existent bills. Poor customer service. Very surprised how this kind of company exists, especially in Switzerland!
1 star is flattering these guys... By about 5 stars... If you have sociopathic tendancies, this place might be a good place to send your CV. If, on the other hand, you have a degree of pride... Anyway, like the plague, this company is to be avoided... (And as it was in my case, you need have done nothing wrong for this band of reprobates to ruin your day/week/month/year/life...)...
Horrible company, won't hesitate to spam you and won't take account of the fact you paid your bill or of evident proofs... The employees don't know their work, I think they never studied for it. A shame to Switzerland! The worst thing is that famous companies (Galaxus, Sunrise, AppleSect...) use this false company!
That s the example of how in switzerland the normal citizen get robbed by medical system and his affiliates , like intrum justicia.
