Very short hike but amazing castle. Very interesting and cool for kids, I guess. Probably beautiful but might be crowded in summertime. Information about the castle at the entrance. No entrance fee for the ruins.

Great little place! Not far from car park, or longer walks available. It is very refreshing to see a ruin that isn't fenced off. You can climb up onto the old walls and look out over the river and forest. There is a nice clearing and a few stops for fires too.

Nice walk from Schwarzenburg. A little steep at the end. Great historic castle in beautiful surrounding
Easily accessible by car or public transport. It does take some physical effort to explore, but that's what makes it fun.
