Disappointing experience with the owner of the shop. I traveled all the way from Zurich to see the last unit available of a specific Crosstrainer I was looking for. I was attended in English by a very professional and helpful young guy who reserved the machine for me until I confirmed the purchase the day after. The morning after I wrote the owner to see if we could discuss the price (since they were selling the exposition machine and not a brand new one) and he replied that they showed the machine to someone else and they would sell it to this person instead. His only apology was an attempt to sell me a more expensive machine instead. This is clearly a lack of respect from the owner and shows the only interest to sell, not caring about the customer service at all. Funnily enough, he signes all his emails with 'Sportliche Grüsse', while his attitude is everything but sportsmanship.

Ich habe ein Indiana SUP gekauft - telefonisch reserviert und an der SUP Mietstation von Kuster Sport noch kurz probegefahren. Im Laden wurde ich kompetent und sehr freundlich beraten. Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter (SUP Ausleihe und Verkauf durch zwei engagierte Lehrlinge) sind ein motiviertes Team. Das macht Einkaufen im Sport Fachgeschäft mit grosser Auswahl in allen Sport Bereichen zum positiven Erlebnis. Besten Dank!

Ich habe vor einer Woche eine Paddeljacke dort gekauft. Es ist ein super Produkt! Die Beratung war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Man fühlte sich als Kunde wirklich wohl und ernstgenommen. Hier ein lob an den Verkäufer Miro. Würde dort wieder einkaufen gehen und kann diesen Laden sehr empfehlen. Vor allem auch für Paddler.
