I've been looking for a home sauna near St.Gallen and this would be it. The staff was very helpful as I was a first-timer and everything was there for me to relax. You'd better carry a 2 Fr. coin with you to use the locker - you'll get it back when you unlock the locker. To get a ticket for sauna, you need to ask at the counter, we can't buy one from the vending machine at the moment. There are two saunas: a Finnish sauna and a steam sauna (Dampfbad). In the Finnish sauna, I use the illuminations on the ceiling to count how long I've been inside; the approx time interval between the same color is 11-12mins It would be nicer if people don't occupy the rest chairs with their towels, but fortunately there are so many of them so maybe not a problem...
