Well organized, clean, modern and yet cozy! Super friendly for kids and families... Mmmm yes that's what youth hostels are about, true . Staff is courteous and helpful. The swimming pool is great for toddlers as well as older kids: there is a baby-pool with a smaller slide adjacent to the whirlpool, ideal for a parent to relax and observe the kids playing and a bigger slide (for kids 6). And the swimming pool is ideal for laps. The hostel offers you a space for sport equipment like skis, boots and sledges etc. so very practical. The only downside: the Hammam/spa area - which I'm told is fantastic - is only for kids 14. Oh and I nearly forgot to review the restaurant and bistro: very nice breakfast and dinner buffet for an unbeatable price, go for it! And the bistro is lounge style with a fireplace, perfect for a cup of tea/coffee and cake/snack.

Relay friendly personell at the service desk and the morning buffet. the wellness area is fine as well. Went in the summer so there were not a lot of people. might be different during the ski season. easy walk to the ski lift

It's pretty terrible here ;) Unbeatable location, helpful receptionists, excellent and pretty cheap dinner, great spa, perfect swimming pool... What else? It's quite and clean. One of the best hostels / hotels I've ever been in Europe. I would love to go back for another glacier view with my family and friends.
Four years in a row visiting this amazing spa complex. Phillip does great relaxing massages. Wellness center at the wellness hostel is amazing. A quiet retreat to sit and enjoy the many spa areas and enjoy the spectacular view. We often spot the local wildlife on the far hill. Includes steam rooms, Jacuzzi, sauna, foot soak baths, waterfall showers, stone massage walk, tea, cold water and quiet area. The massages extra were fantastic. I had a 90min deep tissue massage that helped my aching muscles from skiing.
