Pretty unreliable home page, quite often coming up blank (not a network issue) requiring at least one refresh to show the required page. I am also surprised to find that there is no apparent way to contact the company for questions except a pay phone. I would suggest to add a chat possibility or at least an e-mail support.

This \company\ charges exaggerated amounts for sending tickets via post, the costs of one A post letter including 2 tickets should be about 1.20, they ask 6. if the event is cancelled, they won't return that part of the cost, and worse: they will ask you to send the tickets back with registered post instead of just return the amount to your credit card automatically. They even have the nerve on asking you for \support\ by keeping the tickets and they keep the money. They will give you a deadline to act or they will keep hundreds of francs.

Ticketcorner is a rip off! 1. Customer Service charges 1.19 CHF a Minute if you want to call them 2. 9.90.- for sending Event Tickets out to their customers 3. Event (IIHF WM 2020) is cancelled and we still have not received our money back even-though TC received the money from the insurance. This company only exists due to their almost monopoly in Switzerland. I updated my review to 2 stars as their customer service replies very quickly and offers a solution.

Unreliable. We requested a refund of two tickets but the customer service denied and demanded proof that it is impossible to attend the event rescheduled for 2022. How can I provide proof of future planning if even Ticketcorner cannot guarantee about the future? In the meantime they keep the money that does not belong to them. The situation stands out as unfair for the customer .

Tried to book tickets with three different credit cards (all valid) and received the same \helpful\ reply each time: \Your payment could not be executed. Please check your entries and try again later\. The customer service charges 1.19CHF per minute to call. I find it weird to put a price on this given how bad the booking experience is.

First of all Ice Hockey World Championship Tickets IIHF tickets are sent via post which cost CHF9.90 which is way too much, no printing at home possible. It is a way to take a money from customers. Second, once the event is postponed, a refund is not possible (current 2020 change to ticket corner purchase conditions). It’s not fair as customers have right for refund for an event postponed by a year! It is just a clear steal of money from the customers. Very disappointed and pity it’s not possible to buy tickets directly from the Organiser to avoid this kind of companies which are increasing prices with no customer service in return.

I have ordered many times from ticketcorner and found them to be reliable and decent. Their fees are cheaper than many other similar websites. Edit : And there's no more print at home fees !
