We went to visit Monte Bre as a group and part of is cycled down.. it was lot of fun. Only improvement, offer a map where to return and the fastest way down.

The ride was awesome and the view on the way up was breath taking. You can see the whole city and the lake and it's beautiful.

Beautiful, old funicular. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to enter with a large stroller/buggy, let alone with a wheelchair.

50% off if you have the Swiss pass or half fare travel card. Take the funicular up to Monte Bré and go walk down. If you're lucky, you can pick chestnuts along the way :)
