I ordered what looked like a 4 pack which was the photo on the bestellung with the description of 1 pack. It came only one item from the four pack which then makes the item too expensive. I think this is done deliberately so people think they get a good deal and order. Then i had to pay 7 francs to return, I would not order from them in the future.

Childrens tricycle bought for a one-year old broke when picked up with the child in it and it's meant to be strong enough to 3 year olds. An email to the company mentioning this has gone unanswered. Horrible service. Sub-standard quality

Ich habe hier ein Produkt bestellt, mit der Angabe im Bestätigungsmail, dass dieses lieferbar ist und innerhalb 1-3 Werktage geliefert wird. Da ich nach 1 Woche nichts erhalten habe, fragte ich nach. Als Antwort bekam ich, es sei nicht mehr lieferbar! Das hätte man mir auch früher mitteilen können! Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!
