This company lacks professionalism in its service provision and is not recommended for catering events. We hired HomeGourmet for our wedding. I would like to be able to say that I could recommend this company for catering events, but unfortunately I cannot. While the quality of the food is quite good, there was an overall lack of professionalism in the way our account was handled. This started with the fact that the company \forgot\ our account because they failed do an adequate handover between the person who was handling it and the person taking over. When we heard nothing from them for weeks after an initial consultation and promises of feedback, we approached them and realized that they had not assigned anyone to take it over. This was sorted out, but the problems did not end there. We had an issue with the receipt of some cheese for our wedding, which we ordered, paid for and had sent to HomeGourmet at their advice. Despite telling them when the cheese was to be delivered, they failed to receive it properly and the cheese was spoiled. We were eventually billed for a new batch of cheese, a bill which HomeGourmet promised to sort out. Even after one month, they failed to sort it out. Finally, there were also issues with the billing. Needless, to say we could not be done soon enough in dealing with this company. It is unfortunate as even though there were some good aspects, they were greatly outweighed by the overall lack of professionalism in the service provision.

Superbe expérience avec ce traiteur. A tous les niveaux l'entreprise a su répondre à mes besoins. Des mets originaux et d'une fraîcheur parfaite, un service aux petits oignons dynamique et souriant. Le responsable de mon évènement a su adapter l'offre à mes besoins qui ont évolué avant le Jour J. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci HomeGourmet

J'ai été très étonné de voir qu'un aussi bon traiteur n'avait que 3.7 de moyenne. Puis je suis allé voir les commentaires et j'ai découvert que la majorité des personnes qui ont donné 1 étoile n'hésitent pas à systématique recommander \MAURO TRAITEUR\ (et oui, ils l'écrivent en majuscule pour bien le mettre en avant). Bref, ne croyez pas ces trolls qui ont visiblement un intérêt à couler ce superbe traiteur. Pour avoir pu tester leurs prestations plusieurs fois, je peux garantir que non seulement c'est bon mais aussi très créatif. On sent vraiment que l'équipe qui est derrière est passionnée et appliquée.
