The hotel has an amazing view and the spa is spectacular. Food is good and in line with the price. The room, we found was very expensive for what they offered, a tiny bathroom with a mini shower (hard to help a kid if needed) and no bathtub, furniture, decoration and other things acceptable but nothing special. At this price level I expected much more.

A nice hotel on mount Rigi - Queen of the Mountains. The view is absolutely phenomenal. The rooms could need a bit update regarding walls and ceilings. The interior is nice. The food is great (dinner and breakfast). Pricing is fair.

What a view and what a Spa. I‘ve been to many places and this Spa is just all what you need. To get to the top of the mountain, it will take you around 40 min when you take it easy. To get there you can take a mountain-train from Vitznau to Kaltbad which is just breath taking!

We enjoyed a leisurely Easter holiday at this nice spa hotel. Tasty food & a great bar menu of over 80 whiskeys. We will definitely come back.
