Unfortunately right up to par with Swiss standards in customer service. “The customer is never right.” They gave me a mobile hotspot for home use while our WiFi-Internet mess is getting straightened out. The hotspot completely died within two hours. Kids weren’t able to do homework. Went back to the store next day to have it replaced. They plugged it in and acted like nothing was wrong. Took it apart in front of me trying to figure it out. Meanwhile I had already been waiting 45 minutes. Asked if they could just give me a new one. They came back with another one that needed to be charged but they promised the kids could use it as it was charging. I’ve had at home for two hours “charging” and each time we try to turn it on it dies. Honestly, do better. Absolutely pitiful location.

Parkplätze vor dem Shop..perfekt. Beratung...bei den Mitarbeitern gibt es noch viel Luft nach oben.

Non sono potuta entrare... nel cartello all'entrata era scritto un cliente per ogni commesso, totale sei persone al massimo... ma prima di me e mio marito erano in sette dentro il negozio... prima di noi sono entrati due clienti insieme... a noi hanno rifiutato di farci entrare insieme... Inaccettabile questo comportamento, o entra in due tutti o nessuno... le regole valgono per tutti... Sono arrabbiatissima.. invece di seguire le regole i commessi, fanno come gli pare... In questa filiale..
