Excellent service. We had a meeting a couple of weeks before the move so as to have an estimate of number of boxes that we would need, number of hours for the whole move and price. The estimation was very accurate and the price fair (not the cheapest offer we had, but the most reliable in terms of number of movers and their experience). We were really satisfied. And we have recommended this company to some acquaintances that have recently moved too and they were very happy too. We also requested the final cleaning of the old apartment and it went very well too.

I would give Swiss Transport GmbH 10 stars out of 5 if I could!!! My history with them goes 4 years back when I was looking for moving companies within the Greater Zurich Area. Back then they were the most friendly, helpful, professional and quick ones to respond with a decent quote. Since then I moved with them 3 times, and used other services like cleaning, furniture disposal, long-term storage, and special airport delivery. Every time the guys were sharply on time, were helpful and supportive, did everything in an excellent way and were OK with small mishaps and changes... that happen on every household move. They charge decent prices and don't rip you off -- everything is clearly understandable and transparent. A positive surprise for a family company, they are using all modern tech (CRM system, online quote confirmation, online invoices) to work with the customers. I have a very busy agenda and I definitely appreciate that I can arrange things online, without sitting on the phone for hours and hand-writing things afterwards. But of course they are available in the office or on mobile whenever the customer need appears. Thank you guys, you're the best! I'll miss you from overseas!!!

Ich kann dieses Unternehmen nur empfehlen. Alles lief sehr unkompliziert und professionell ab. Die Zügelmänner waren sehr freundlich&machten immer mal wieder einen lustigen Witz. Es wurde schnell und sorgfältig gearbeitet, alles wurde in Folie eingewickelt, so dass nichts beschädigt wurde. Auch die Hygenevorschriften (Mundschutz etc.) wurden eingehalten. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :)

Diese Woche konnte ich die \Umzugshelfer\ im Einsatz bei Vorbeilaufen in Zürich-Höngg beobachten. Es sah alles sehr professionell aus. Machte einen guten Eindruck. Ich habe eine Foto des Lastwagen gemacht und nun den Kontakt ins Natel-Telefonbuch eingetragen. Schade zog ich im vergangenen Jahr mit einer anderen Umzugsfirma um... Hatte dort falsches Vertrauen, weil der Firmeninhaber mein fast Nachbar war...

Leider hält Swiss Transport nicht, was sie in der Offertphase verspricht. Sie kann sich plötzlich nicht mehr an mündlich Vereinbartes erinnern, die Rechnung weist Positionen auf, die nicht vereinbart waren. Anstatt dass er Probleme löst, geht der Kundenberater komplett auf Tauchstation, ist weder per Telefon oder Mail erreichbar. Er ist zudem nicht wie abgemacht zur Wohnungsübergabe erschienen. Die Firma ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Unser Umzug lief reibungslos, extrem schnell und professionell. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr pünktlich, freundlich und speditiv. Die Einschätzung der Offerte war sehr genau und blieb unter den veranschlagten Kosten. Wir würden sofort wieder mit Swiss Transport GmbH umziehen.

Achtung: vereinbartes Kostendach gilt nicht für Verzögerung im Verkehr! 75% mehr als offeriert bezahlt als gedacht wegen schlechten Verkehrsverhältnissen (Stau, Schnee) Ansonsten was ich mit dem Service sehr zufrieden.
