I have received excellent customer support from DHL Regensdorf when I went there yesterday to make an international shipment. The lady on the Reception was extremely professional and helpfull. My package was included in the day's packages though I arrived almost at closure and it travelled to Greece before an upcoming strike of local airport staff in Greece. Before going to Regensdorf I had also phoned DHL customer service to organize this shipment and their support was excellent, too. I can only say thank you, DHL!

Out of around 20 packages over the recent months, perhaps one or two were delivered correctly. The rest were delivered on the next day without prior notification of delivery time change, left at a nearby pickup point without first attempting delivery at our address, delivered to the wrong building, or put on hold with the excuse that the address we live at does not exist. When attempting to resolve these issues, the customer service often just does not pick up, and when they do, they tell us that they cannot do anything and that they will call back later. \Later\ never happens - we've been told that they'd call back in two hours about 12 times, and did not receive a single call back. I wish I could give a negative number of stars - a delivery service that is unable to deliver the vast majority of packages should consider doing something else.
Already for three different times, they allegedly rang my bell and nobody answered but me and my wife were both home (home office) at the time they mentioned. And then on the phone they are sooooo busy that they have to come another day and the delivery gets delayed... my opioid: I think they skip deliveries when they are too busy so they can keep their “fame” of delivering on time and fast...
