They got quite a number of animals and they are well taken care of, so not looking sick, loosing hairs or so. The zoo size is nice for small children to finish in an afternoon with breaks. You could grab a bites in several restaurants there. One of them - Himmapan is the highlight. The restaurant is superbly decorated in northern thai style and offers thai food. So for once, a good choice besides the usual french fries and burgers type. I would recommend this place and would go again.

I don't how it happened but I was there FIRST time this year! Incredible. Looking past, I used to visit that place several times in a month. Why? It has simply everything what a small heart of child can fall love in: pony riding, circus and water place for some more hot days.
Had a great time! The zoo is not too big but big enough to spend more than half a day. And you don't have to walk a lot. The animals are interesting to even a one year old.
My daughter loved the place and enjoyed everything, be it the big cement fish, penguins, goats, Alpaca, or even the elephants. Thai restaurant and the other restaurant inside the zoo have good eating options. In the Thai restaurant, you have an additional advantage of a great view of the lake!
A beautiful place with many many animals. Since I was a kid I loved to go there and I still do. Also the restaurant near the elephants looks amazing!
Wonderful zoo for kids! We have celebrate the bday of our little one and eveything was perfect.
Relatively small, but has plenty of interesting animals. My kids had lots of fun, we spent about 2h here.
Lovely small zoo with different playgrounds lots of different animals. Also special activities as feeding various animals or riding on horse, camel or elephant. A highlight is surely the sealion show.
