Best Raclette i have ever had. I really like this restaurant, tasty food, a lot of options to choose, helpful staff. I have already visited the place 2 times in a few days. The raclettes are delicious as well as the deserts. Yesterday my server was Steven and he had some very good recommendations for wine and food choices and pairing. Very grateful. As well the restaurant is very nicely decorated. This is my new favourite spot in Zurich for cheese Thank you Raclette Factory

This restaurant offers a great experience for having raclette with different types of cheeses. Quite affordable in contrast to other restaurants and a good variety of stuff in the menu. The staff was friendly and there is free wifi available for customers. Overall a great deal if you don't want to spend a fortune for some raclette. The only downside is that you don't do the raclette yourself but rather get it done in the kitchen and brought to the table, but that's okay. Also the menu is a bit confusing for ordering.

If you want a tasty raclette, just come here! Chill ambiance, great staff (you can tell they enjoy their work & incredibly friendly) and delicious cheese! I ordered with smoked and garlic cheese... Omg perfect combo with the mash and bacon!! This is everything you imagine raclette to be... savory and very satisfying. I feel so loved by cheese hahah

Really good variety of cheeses! Highly recommend the clover and pesto offerings, if you're having trouble deciding. Other good ones we're the garlic and smoky. Great, friendly service and a fun atmosphere.
