I feel reborn after a session there. And the staff are really nice!
Very impressive. It does feel a little cramped but it has all the equipment you need and regular classes.
A lot of people complain about gyms in Geneva, but I found the staff here friendly the classes very very good and the equipment new and up-to-date. the place is huge plenty of places to work out. Pure gym leaves no excuses left! it’s up to you to get there! plus they have a salad bar which is very helpful
It used to be excellent. Since the change in ownership the place went downhill. Bathrooms are dirty - mold and hair everywhere -, the new instructors are not energetic, and the classes are overbooked and overcrowded. You are now paying premium price for a mass market gym. No longer worth it unfortunately.
After being subscribed to this gym for 2 years and more, nobody know how but while i was doing my spinning class my watch and money have been stolen from the locker room, without any damage, it's like someone had the key just opened the locker took my watch and cash and left without any problem. The gym didn't assist me at all, they simply hide behind a stupid contract where they say they are not responsible, nothing more. just a letter from the lawyer warning you not to go further. probably I was expecting more from such an expensive gym rather than just say: not our fault get lost. besides this, for more than one year 3 showers out of 5 are always out of service, the Hammam not even to be mention, it's a jackpot when it works. ok it's clean the gym, but when you pay such an amount you expect a bit more than what they give you. I leave it up to you to decide if good or not.
You'll find everything you need in this gym! Besides all standard machines, pulleys and aerobic stuff there is a squat rack, stalls, Swiss balls, kettlebells, heavy bags, lot of bars to hang from and plenty of room for deadlifts, handstands and stretching :) Gym also has hamam, sauna, spacious locker area and 2 studios which seemed to be available unless there is a class. On top of that, I've found friendly and cool guys behind the counter. Technogym plates and machines ;)
Good gym but they don't have assisted pull up machine which is a shame
