The staff is wonderfully friendly and accommodating, the location can't be beat (mere steps from the train station), and the food is always delicious. The breakfast spread is generous and includes fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, cheeses, and cold cuts. The dinner always includes a vegetarian option and a salad bar. Cannot recommend this place more highly.
Central place next to the train station - perfect for cross country skiing or hiking tours. Yummy food, friendly staff. We will be back soon :) PS - Perfect for a short cake & coffee stop.
Just one minute from the train station. Good breakfast with fresh fruit and several cheese of the mountains. Special room for playing with the children. Nice and helpful people at the reception. Safe cloakroom.

Very bad place to stay! There's so much better Pontresina can offer. Room service people have taken things from my room and the staff likes to give you unnecessary fines for little things like having food in the bin and using matresses that are under your bed. Please review the other options in this wonderful town as there are so many better places to stay.
Great for kids and adults, can't beat the convenience of the location.
Highly recommended, very good food, excrement location across the street from the train station. Very friendly host couple.
