If I order a piano online for delivery, I expect it to be delivered at home. They came without letting us know when, no calls, we were not home, so they just place it at the post office for pick up, and then my wife must carry a piano by herself from the post office to home. Unacceptable! This is a piano not a letter, and they are paid to deliver at home. If they don't want to coordinate a delivery time with the client, then they have to come again until we are there.

Excellent. Good products and awesome service. The guys over there are just awesome. For instance: Last week I left a purchased product at the store because I was in a hurry. Already paid but forgotten in the store. Unfortunately I've realised it to late and I was already back home. And then, the next day I've found the products in my letterbox. They just sent it by mail, no fees. Never seen such an excellent service on a music store before. Guys, you're awesome. And thanks for the coffee, the excellent service, etc. Best Music store you can imagine.
