Terrible service for expensive furniture. They sent me a bed with the wrong color, didn't even answer the emails and when I went to the store, no one helped me with the change.

Very strict/not customer friendly payment terms. You are expected to pay 100% of the bill at least 20 days before delivery. If you miss it, they delay your delivery without informing you, to a date that they don't check if it fits you. I begged them to advance for couple of days to have a table to eat during the weekend, but they were completely inflexible, saying that it was my fault anyway... I ended up buying a table from Ikea to cover the weekend... Very bad customer service experience for me
